I was under the impression that Peleg Card married a Rebecca Dolover/Doliver and my ancestor William was their child along with William's siblings Joseph, Ruth, Phillip and James. Then after Rebecca died he married Elizabeth Aylsworth. Now I'm seeing genealogies online that claim that Rebecca and Elizabeth are one and the same; that Rebecca's maiden name was Aylsworth and that after Peleg died she married a Dolover, or that she was divorced or widowed from a Dolover when she married Peleg. I have Rebecca's parents as Joseph Dolover and Rachel Rice. My family comes from William Card and Mercy Briggs. And I sure would like to say for certain I know who his mother was. Thanks!
